Green tea helps you lose weight – How many cups a day?
How many cups of green tea should i drink a day to help assist to lose weight? I'm not too keen on the taste – I think they taste like the ground, but I can force down so its good:) lol I want to lose 8 pounds at a speed 1-2 pounds a week and I'm already controlling calories. How many cups? THANK YOU.
Here is some advice and recommendations of weight loss I've collected over the years: – Exercise 6-7 days a week. – And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt. – Take 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. And try to drink ice water burns more calories. – Take enough vitamins, especially those that promote weight loss (eg as 1800 mg. fish oil, vitamin B complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, etc. Do your research). – Drink green tea or take green tea pills (it has been shown to speed up your metabolism). – For the sake of metabolism is to eat within 1 hour of waking up and not eating three hours before bedtime. – Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (which worked for me: D). – Drink 12 oz of hot lemon water (use the juice of 1 / 2 lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and do your skin look amazing. – Or, if giving up meat just is not your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day. – Try to avoid blank bleached, or enriched flour. – Stay away from fructose corn syrup high-grade and hydrogenated oils. – Eat every 2-4 hours to maintain their metabolism. – Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. – Try to sleep for 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep increases appiteite 15%. – Sugar, and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, take a little fruit. – Avoid all junk food, fast food and food fried. – Try to drink only water, tea and black coffee. There are hidden calories in drinks. – Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, etc.) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbohydrates. – Remember to read the labels. They hide away in both the "healthy diet" food today. My rule of thumb is, if I can not pronounce, I'm not going to put in my body. Because you are what you eat. – Set small goals (like 5 pounds) and reach your goal reward you with something (not food). And remember that you can do this. It is not impossible. Just stick to it and the weight will fall off. Good luck with the loss weight. Hope that helps.
