Which is better, French Roast or Colombian?
Well, both are delicious, but I have to say French toast like a coffee shop purists …. However, if you want a great organic coffee Jesus marriage bonus, try RutaMaya – is a shadow, through Chiappa Austin, I believe that trade just (or at least not to hit the coffee farmers steal), and dark and just enough fat to make the strongest French Brasserie happy. I'm going to brew some NOW! Makes a decent coffee, too, if you put the beans in an air-pop machine for a minute (do this outside, not good on the inside), then grind and strain. PS I yummmm mine at Costco, under $ 7/lb….great buy, too.
