How can you make toast nuts in the city?
How can you make those warm cinnamon coated nuts that sell really good in the city?
Mix about 2 cups of unsalted nuts 1 / 4 cup egg whites and coat. Then mix 1 / 2 t salt, 1 t sugar, 1 teaspoon t cinnamon and 1 / 2 t ground nutmeg. Stirl in seasonings and turn into a baking tray covered with waxed paper. Roast in oven at 300 for about 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice until done.
