Why is green tea so bitter when I do at home, but as well in restaurants?

I tried many different kinds. How I do loose jasmine tea really well? Makes powdered green tea better job? Thank you.

Three things: 1) the use of loose tea less — a little goes a long way (using teaspoon 4 cups of tea) 2) Do not use boiling water for green / jasmine tea. Let cool for about 4-5 minutes before pouring in the tea leaves 3), as others have said, not too strong – the strongest to him, the more bitter it becomes.
