brewing your own wine? When adding the brandy when making port wine?
I will buy the kit of port wine. I know that the port has brandy in it, but the team has nothing. I wonder if I add the brandy to the process of brewing? and what type of liquor should I add?
Between fermentation and aging. When is a fortified wine, brandy kills the rest of the yeasts, thereby fermentation to cease immediately. Therefore, the later you add the brandy, the drier the result.
